Killing Time in A Small Southern Town

Killing Time is the fictional re-telling of a White on Black kidnapping which took place in Charlottesville Virginia in the segregationist charged days of 1962. It deals with the violence and turmoil associated with the integration of a self-styled sophisticated University town. It is the story of a society struggling to come to grips with the nature of the Jeffersonian concept of freedom and the inherent equality of all men before the law.
